Battle III, new flagship rubber by 729 Sports, appeared on the ITTF List of Authorized Racket Coverings for the first time in the LARC version 2018B. That was almost two years ago.
Now, with one of the first photos of the 729 Battle III rubber being shared online, we may expect Battle III to be released soon.

Just like previous versions of 729 Battle, Battle III is also made in China. Whether it will come with tacky top sheet like its predecessor Battle II or with non-sticky surface like the original Battle remains to be seen.
